HRANA:
Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) is the first specialized human rights news agency in Iran, which operates 24/7, even on holidays, collecting news and reports related to the human rights situation in Iran and also publishing exclusive and extracted reports from its own reporters. The websites affiliated with the news agency have features, categories, and a structure designed for easy user access. The Persian website of the HRANA news agency is www.hra-news.org, and its English website is www.en-hrana.org
The Fourth Pillar Committee:
The HRAICP founded in 2010 to defend the free flow of information as the fourth pillar of democracy, taking on the responsibility of combating censorship and filtering imposed by the Iranian government. The Fourth Pillar Committee strives to contribute to the free flow of information and the creation of a safe and free internet by providing educational content and technical services such as VPNs for Iranian users. Peace Mark Monthly Magazine:
The first specialized human rights publication in Iran, which began its electronic publication as a monthly in 2009 and has been printed and distributed within the country in limited circulation since 2011. Articles, interviews, and reports in news, analytical, and educational formats constitute the content of the specialized publication Peace Line. The website for this publication is www.peace-mark.org
HRA Study Center and Library:
This platform founded in 2009, currently operating as a subsidiary of the HRANA News Agency, serves as the organization’s digital library established with the goal of education by the HRA. In addition to books and publications from the HRA, this library utilizes a broader range of sources and content. It aims to provide the necessary content for human rights defenders in a simple and free manner. This platform is accessible to the public at www.hra-library.com
Statistics and Documents Center:
Starting its operations in late 2010, this center daily collects, analyzes, and digitally archives reports related to the human rights situation in Iran. The information and resources of this center are regularly made available to activists and related institutions. The website for this section is not publicly accessible, but its produced content is continuously published through the netwrok of this organization.
Kardanan:
The Kardanan initiative was foundedby HRA in 2019 to provide legal support to the labor community through answering questions and providing educational content. After several years of operation, this platform has become a rich bank of frequently asked questions and answers regarding labor rights in Iran. This website is accessible at www.kardanan.com
Spreading Justice:
The first and most comprehensive database of human rights violators in Iran, launched in 2019 in both Persian and English. This database is updated daily with thousands of profiles and comprehensive information on institutions and individuals violating human rights in Iran. In addition to collecting and documenting human rights violators, this database benefits from a team of legal experts, aligning each individual’s actions with human rights treaties and offering recommendations for appropriate actions. Pasdaran Documentation Project:
PDP Initiated by HRA in 2023, this initiative is dedicated to examining the role of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (Pasdaran) as one of the main player of human rights violations in Iran. The effort of this initiative is focused on identifying and introducing individuals, institutions, and the history of this organization. This platform strives to provide an impartial introduction of this institution, facilitating research on its performance for researchers and human rights defenders.
