UNESCO-listed heritage site in Iran damaged in strikes

CBC – Iranian state media published images of damage to Golestan Palace, one of the oldest historic monuments in Tehran and a UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site.

State media indicated the building was hit by the blast wave of U.S.-Israeli military attacks yesterday.

Golestan Palace is considered one of Iran’s most important cultural and historical landmarks, the Human Rights Activists News Agency said in a post on X.
